With what kind of aircraft will we be flying?

You will be flying in a four seat Cessna 172, high wing aircraft perfect for sightseeing. Max passengers per flight are three; max weight of passengers together is 240 kg. Being in a high wing aircraft you will get excellent views of the scenery below. Your pilot will give you a guided tour of the area telling you its history and local information.

How can I book a flight?

Bookings are essential, these can be made by telephone 00 386 41 262 726 or by email janezlet@janez.si. There are no set times of departure; flight times can be arranged to suit you subject to availability. Choose your own time and day. We fly most days of the year.

What should I do if weather is bad and I have flight booked?

In case of bad weather (low cloud, poor visibility, fog, high winds,…), flights can be re-booked.

I have flight booked at 10.00. When should I come to the airport?

Please come to the airport 15 minutes before your flight. When you arrive to the airport please go to hangars on your left. You can park your car in front of hangars.

How and when can I pay for flight?

You can pay with cash on the airport before your flight or you can make bank transfer.

We are family of four and would like to take a flight together. Can a child sit in a lap?

No. Each passenger must have his/her own seat and be fastened with his/her own seatbelt. Aircraft Cessna 172 can accept 3 passengers. In this case we would suggest flying with bigger aircraft, which accepts 5 passengers or you take two flights with smaller aircraft.

What to wear?

No special clothing is required but don’t forget your camera.

Safety?

All flights are conducted under our own Air Operators Certificate No. SLO 30/2014. All our pilots are fully qualified holding a full Commercial Pilots License. All our aircrafts are regularly maintained at CAA approved maintenance organization.
